Welcome to Omayroom. By accessing and using our website (omayroom.com), dashboard, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.
1. User Eligibility and Dashboard Agreement
- Users must be at least 18 years old to book flights, hotels, buses, or holiday packages.
- Any information or data provided during user registration or guest checkout must be accurate and legally valid.
- Omayroom reserves the right to terminate access or cancel bookings if fraudulent activity or fake data is suspected.
2. Booking Policies (Flights, Hotels, & Transit)
- Flights: Flight bookings are subject to the terms and rules of the respective airlines. Seat allocations, baggage allowance, and meal preferences are entirely controlled by the operating carrier.
- Hotels: Hotel descriptions, premium room images, and amenities provided on our platform are shared directly by the hospitality partners. Any dispute regarding room service or standard facilities must be handled directly with the hotel management.
- Buses, Cabs, & Trains: Bus ticket fares, route availability, outstation taxi coordination, and railway bookings depend on the independent operators and legal transport authorities.
3. Payments, Markups, and Fees
- All payments made through our integrated secure payment gateways are encrypted.
- Fares displayed may include legal service markup fees or standard convenience charges managed by the administrator.
- Bookings will only be confirmed once full payment is successfully received and authorized.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Every booking carries its own unique cancellation policy set by the airline, hotel, or travel operator.
- In the event of a cancellation, applicable carrier penalties and Omayroom processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment channel within 7 to 10 working days, depending on bank regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Omayroom serves as an aggregator connecting consumers with travel suppliers.
- We are not liable for any sudden flight delays, route cancellations, natural calamities, accident damages, or hotel service deficiencies that occur outside our immediate control.
6. Updates and Governing Law
- Omayroom reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notification.
- Any legal disputes or claims arising out of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts governing our registered corporate office.
